Suspended for no clear reason.

I was once warned about having multiple accounts and i asked them to close the other one, i had no idea it was not allowed. The issues was solved and i continued with the other untill lately, after depositing $30 and got another $30 bonus. It like skillz was waiting for me to finish my cash because right after i was left with the $30 bonus my account was suspended, no reply from them.
